This course teaches the concepts of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the principles and practices of effective internal management systems and process audits.  Students will learn the clauses of ISO 9001:2015 in detail through the entire audit process, from managing an audit to properly reporting audit results. Auditing skills are learned through a number of tutorials, role-playing, open forum discussions and group workshops
